For ready resale, typically around a 4% Dubai Land Department transfer fee plus admin and agency fees. Off-plan costs vary by developer — we lay out the full breakdown before you commit.

Off-plan or ready — which is better for me?

It depends on your goal. Off-plan suits payment plans and capital growth; ready suits immediate rental yield and move-in. We advise on both, not whatever we happen to be selling.

How do off-plan payment plans work?

Payments are staged against construction milestones — often a smaller deposit, instalments during build, and a balance at handover. Some developers also offer post-handover plans.
