This policy explains how UrbanVibe Real Estate L.L.C. uses WhatsApp to talk to you, what we send, what we do not send, and how to make it stop. It sits alongside our Privacy Policy at https://urbanvibe-re.ae/privacy, which covers everything else we do with your data.
We message from +971 55 527 6108. We are a RERA-licensed real-estate brokerage in Dubai (ORN 60375, trade licence 1564302).
How you opt in
We only message people who have asked to hear from us. You opt in when you:
- Tap a WhatsApp button or link on our website or one of our campaign landing pages
- Enter your WhatsApp number on one of our enquiry forms, where the form tells you an advisor will contact you
- Message us first, on WhatsApp or through a Click-to-WhatsApp advertisement
- Give your number to one of our advisors at a viewing, event, or over the phone
We do not buy, rent, or scrape phone numbers, and we do not message a number that has not reached us in one of those ways.
What we send
Service messages relate to the enquiry you made. These are the price list, floor plans, payment schedule, availability, brochures, viewing arrangements, and our advisor's replies to your questions.
Marketing messages are limited to real-estate matters connected to what you registered interest in: a new launch in the same community, a price or payment-plan change on a project you asked about, or a similar residence when the one you wanted has sold out.
We do not send unrelated promotions, third-party advertising, or bulk campaigns to people who have not asked for them.
How often
Service messages follow the pace of your enquiry. Marketing messages are infrequent and tied to actual launches, not to a fixed schedule.
How to opt out
You can stop our messages at any time, in any of these ways:
- Reply STOP to any message from us
- Tell your advisor in the chat that you do not want further messages
- Block or report the number in WhatsApp
- Email info@urbanvibe-re.ae with the subject "WhatsApp opt-out" and the number to remove
We action opt-outs within one business day and record them, so the number is not contacted again by another advisor. Opting out of marketing does not stop us answering a question you have actively asked us.
What data is involved
To message you we process your phone number, your WhatsApp profile name, the content and delivery status of our messages, and the times they were sent. We store the conversation in our customer relationship management system so your advisor has the history of what you asked for.
We use the WhatsApp Business Platform, provided by Meta. Meta processes the above as part of delivering the messages, under its own WhatsApp Business Privacy Policy. Message content is end-to-end encrypted in transit by WhatsApp.
Who we do not share it with
We do not share your WhatsApp number or the contents of your chats with property developers, other brokerages, or any other third party for their own marketing. If you want us to introduce you to a developer, we ask you first.
How long we keep it
We keep the conversation for as long as your enquiry is active plus a reasonable follow-up window, in practice up to 24 months from your last contact, after which it is anonymized. You can ask us to delete it sooner — see https://urbanvibe-re.ae/data-deletion.
Security, and what we will never ask for
Our advisors will never ask you for a WhatsApp verification code, a bank password, or a one-time passcode. We do not take payment over WhatsApp. All payments for a property are made directly to the developer's DLD-registered escrow account, never to us and never to an individual. If a message claiming to be from us asks for any of these, it is not from us — please report it to info@urbanvibe-re.ae.
Rules we follow
We follow the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and the WhatsApp Commerce Policy, the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data, and the advertising and conduct rules of the Dubai Land Department and RERA.
