What does it cost to buy, on top of the price?+

Budget for the 4% Dubai Land Department transfer fee plus the developer's or trustee's administration fees. On off-plan launches bought through Urban Vibe you pay no buyer commission — the developer pays the brokerage.

Is buying off-plan safe?+

Off-plan sales in Dubai are regulated by the DLD and RERA. Your payments go into a project escrow account under Law No. 8 of 2007, and developers draw on it against construction progress. We only market projects with valid DLD registration.

How do payment plans work?+

Each developer publishes its own schedule — typically a booking amount, instalments during construction and a balance on handover; some add post-handover instalments. We send you the dated schedule for the exact unit before you commit.
