These Terms govern your use of the UrbanVibe Real Estate L.L.C. website at urbanvibe-re.ae and its associated campaign landing pages.
Who we are
UrbanVibe Real Estate L.L.C. is a real-estate brokerage licensed in Dubai, UAE. We market residential developments on behalf of UAE-based developers. All sales are completed directly between you and the developer at the developer's published prices and on the developer's Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA).
Marketing communication
All content on this website — including renders, copy, payment plans, sizes, amenities lists, handover dates, and lifestyle imagery — is marketing communication. Final specifications, finishes, dimensions, pricing, and dates are as set out in the developer's SPA and prevail over anything shown here.
Renders are computer-generated artist impressions. Photography may include staged or representative content. Indicative starting prices reflect the lowest available unit at the time of writing and are subject to availability and developer pricing updates.

Nothing on this website is legal, tax, financial, or investment advice. Buying property in the UAE has legal, regulatory, and tax implications that depend on your personal circumstances and residency. We strongly recommend consulting an independent advisor before signing any SPA.
RERA + DLD compliance
Property in Dubai is regulated by the Dubai Land Department (DLD) and the Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA). Off-plan sales are protected under Law No. 8 of 2007 (escrow). We operate under our RERA brokerage licence and only market off-plan projects with valid DLD permits.

Intellectual property
The Urban Vibe brand, logo, copy, and code on this site are our property. Developer images, logos, and material are the property of their respective developers and used with permission for the duration of each marketing campaign.

We may link out to developer sites, Google Maps, regulators, and other third parties. We do not control those sites and accept no responsibility for their content.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this website beyond the price of any service you have paid us for.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.
