Delete My Data

This page explains how to have UrbanVibe Real Estate L.L.C. delete the personal data we hold about you. It applies whether you reached us through our website, a campaign landing page, WhatsApp, or a Facebook or Instagram advertisement.

What to do

We need these only to find your record and to be sure we are deleting the right person's data. If you prefer, you can send the same request on WhatsApp to +971 55 527 6108.

What happens next

We acknowledge your request within two business days and complete it within 30 days, as UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 requires. We will confirm by email or WhatsApp when it is done. There is no charge.

What gets deleted

We delete your contact details, your property preferences, your enquiry history, and your message history with our advisors from our customer relationship management system. We also remove you from any future marketing.

What we may have to keep

Where the law requires it, we keep the minimum necessary and nothing more. This covers anti-money-laundering and know-your-customer records if you proceeded to a transaction, and accounting records, which UAE law requires us to retain. Anything kept for those reasons is not used to contact you.

Aggregated statistics that can no longer identify you — for example the number of enquiries a campaign produced — are not personal data and are not deleted.

Advertising platforms

Deleting your data with us does not by itself delete what Google or Meta hold. To remove data held by Meta about your use of Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp, use the controls in the Meta Accounts Centre. To remove data held by Google, use Google's My Activity controls.

If you are not satisfied

If we have not handled your request properly, you can complain to the UAE Data Office at https://u.ae.
